How many people does the villa sleep?

Does the villa have air conditioning?
All bedrooms have air conditioning.
Is the pool segregated between the shallow and deep ends?
No.
Do you accept same gender groups?
We don't accept groups of the same gender, due to previous issues.
Is there a minimum age to book?
The minimum age for the booking is 30. We don't accept groups under this. Families with under 30's are allowed.
